The Nanomaterials and Energy Devices Laboratory at the Middle East Technical University (METU) invites motivated and talented graduate students (MSc and PhD) to join our research group.

Our lab focuses on cutting-edge research in:

Nanomaterials synthesis and processing,

Energy storage and harvesting devices (supercapacitors, batteries, triboelectric nanogenerators),

Flexible and wearable electronics,

Printed electronics and sensors,,

Photovoltaic devices and encapsulation technologies.

Students will have the opportunity to work on interdisciplinary projects combining materials science, electrical engineering, and nanotechnology, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and collaborations with national and international partners from both academia and industry. Interested candidates are encouraged to send a CV, academic transcripts, and a brief statement of purpose to Prof. Hüsnü Emrah Unalan (unalan@metu.edu.tr).

We look forward to welcoming enthusiastic students to our growing team! https://nanolab-mete.metu.edu.tr
